Commission Terms & Agreement

By purchasing a custom artwork commission, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Commission Process

Each commission is an original artwork created based on the client’s requested subject, references, and preferences discussed prior to beginning the piece. Artistic interpretation and style remain at the discretion of the artist.

Payment

Full payment is required before work begins.

Revisions

Two minor revisions may be requested during the sketch or planning phase. 

Once the final artwork is approved, additional edits are not available.

Timeline

Estimated completion times will be communicated before work begins. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, current workload, drying time, and material availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Commissions are non-refundable.

If the artist is unable to complete the commission, any payments made will be refundable.

Shipping

Shipping price is free on all commissions.

The artist is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or lost packages once the artwork has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Copyright and Usage

The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.

The client may not reproduce, resell, create prints of, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

The artist may share commissioned artwork on social media, portfolio websites, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested before work begins.

Refusal of Service

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

Agreement

By purchasing a commission, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
